Pepita Milk

Nourishing, Nut free, Coconut Free, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Egg Free and Super Delicious!

 1 cup Organic Pepita Seeds, soaked over night with a pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 3 cups filtered water (depending on how thick you like it)
 Optional Add Ins: ginger, cacao melts, vanilla, cinnamon, peppermint oil, stevia, raw honey, Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals Changing Habits Supreme Green Blend and Changing Habits Probiotics

Strain the seeds in a sieve and pour filtered water over the top to rinse them off.

Add the seeds to the thermomix bowl along with 2 cups of warm filtered water.

Blitz on speed 10 for 2.5-3 minutes until the pepitas are very creamy. The picture below is a pepita cream (it just needs more water added to make it a milk).

Now is the time to add any additional extras along with extra water (add to your desired thickeness), feel free to taste along the way.

Blitz again on Speed 8 for another minute, until well combined.

Pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge, will keep for up to 3 days.

You can use this delicious seed milk as a replacement for most milks, add it to smoothies, make hot chocolates from it and add to baked goods etc.
