I feel so much clearer on what I need to do to stay healthy. This program is so easy to follow and look forward to maintaining my new way of eating. I also managed to lose 3kgs and have had comments from family and friends about how well I look.

I noticed a big difference with inflammation in my feet and hands, they are so much better. My sinus has also improved and I don’t feel bloated anymore.

This has helped me to begin on change at a time. I eliminated wheat only from my diet and this helped me take the pressure off having to eliminate more than that. I found that I have no fogginess or bloating. I am proud to say that I am still happily wheat free.
