Shipping Update: Delays for USA & Canada Customers

We wanted to give our Changing Habits community in the USA and Canada a quick update on what’s happening with shipping at the moment.

Canada

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing national worker strike affecting transport and postal networks, we’ve had to temporarily suspend all shipments to Canada. If you’ve recently placed an order with us, don’t worry your goodies are safe and sound in our warehouse. We’ll hold onto them until shipping lanes reopen, or we can reroute to an alternate destination if you’d like. Of course, if you’d prefer to cancel your order, simply let us know and we’ll sort it out for you.

United States

Orders are still being dispatched as normal, but the current U.S. federal government shutdown is causing big delays at customs and inbound processing hubs. That means parcels are taking longer than usual to arrive, and tracking scans may be patchy at times. If you have something urgent coming your way, you can choose an upgraded service—but please keep in mind that even premium shipping options may still face border delays right now.
