What a way to start the day! A quick, simple, nutritious breakfast that you can change up every day, depending on what toppings you have to hand.

Yields1 Serving
 100 g frozen acai
 1 banana
Toppings
 Blueberries
 Strawberries
 Raspberries
 Buckwheat
 Hemp seeds
 shredded coconut
 pepitas
 sunflower seeds
 Goji berries

Add the acai and banana in a blender and blend well until smooth from lumps.

Spoon the mixture into a bowl and add a small amount of each of the topping ingredients.
