Cacao Papaya Mousse

A nutritious breakfast or dessert idea. Great for making batches in advance for the whole week ahead. Simple and tastes unbelievably decadent!

Ingredients
 1 red papaya (frozen for 4+ hours)
 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt
 2 tbsp chia seeds
Directions

Place frozen papaya, cacao and coconut yoghurt in a blender or Thermomix.

Blitz until smooth. Taste test to see whether you could prefer it more chocolatey, and if so, add more cacao powder.

Transfer into glass jars and stir through the chia seeds.

Optional** Serve with extra berries, banana and/or oats.
