All-new Changing Habits Face Mask and Body Scrub – these fabulous ingredients can not only be used to make healthy and nutritious food – they are also wonderful for your skin!

 1/4 -1tsp filtered water or kefir (kefir makes it nice and creamy)
  Optional: 1 tsp bentonite clay (if you add clay add an extra tsp of water)

 1 tbsp coconut oil

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl

Spread all over your face and leave on for 10-15 mins

Wash your face with warm water and pat dry

Moisturise with Changing Habits Inca Inchi Oil or Changing Habits Coconut Oil with a drop of your favourite essential oil
