A yummy and healthier alternative to a protein shake!

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner
 2 pears
 1 inch of fresh ginger peeled
 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
 1/4 tsp ground Changing Habits Nutmeg
 1 1/2 cups almond milk
 2 tsp Changing Habits Organic Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals

Place all ingredients in a blender or thermomix and blend till smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
