Choc Chip Coconut Fruit Slice

This yummy slice is a real winner in our office!

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner
 1/4 cup Butter or ghee, melted
 2 tsp Vanilla Powder
 1 cup organic coconut milk
 1 cup rolled oats
 2 free-range organic eggs
 1/2 tsp Baking soda
 1 cup organic sultanas, preservative and oil free
 1 cup shredded coconut
 1/2 cup Changing Habits Cacao Melts, chopped

Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a square tin with coconut oil and flour.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together until combined.

Pour the mixture into the tin and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool until warm.

Slice, serve and enjoy!
