Not only does this treat taste amazing, it has beneficial ingredients that not only feed the good bacteria in your gut but nourish it as well!

Ingredients
 1/4 cup filtered water
 1/4 cup Raw honey or pure maple syrup to taste
 3 tbsp organic peanut butter + extra for garnish
Directions

Add the gelatin and water together in a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside to ‘bloom’ and thicken.

Once the gelatin has bloomed, add it to a small saucepan and heat on low until dissolved.

Add all ingredients (apart from the cacao chips) to a blender and blitz to combine. Taste the mixture and adjust if needed, you can add more honey, peanut butter or cacao here.

Stir through cacao chips.

Pour into individual glass jars or bowls place in the fridge to set.

Once set serve and top with extra peanut butter, a drizzle of honey or pure maple syrup and cacao chips. Enjoy!
