Not only does this treat taste amazing, it has beneficial ingredients that not only feed the good bacteria in your gut but nourish it as well!

Add the gelatin and water together in a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside to ‘bloom’ and thicken.
Once the gelatin and bloomed, add it to a small saucepan and heat on low until dissolved.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz to combine. If you blend for a short amount of time, this allows the cacao melts to still be a little chunky (choc chip texture), however if you don’t like this, continue to blend until desired. Taste the mixture and adjust if needed, you can add more honey, peanut butter or cacao here.
Pour into individual glass jars or a glass dish and place in the fridge to set.
Once set, scoop into bowls and top with extra peanut butter, a drizzle of honey or pure maple syrup and chopped cacao melts. Enjoy!
