Place all ingredients in a thermomix or food processor and blend until well combined
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the coconut oil
Ladle the fish cakes into the pan and cook until golden brown
Serve with steamed greens and citrus
I’m hopeless with fish. What sort of white fish would you recommend.
