Ginger and Cinnamon Bliss Balls

These bliss balls are packed full of nutrition and include our probiotics, a wonderful way to sneak more good bacteria (with both pre and probiotics) into your daily diet.

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner
 2 cups walnuts (if you are nut free- try using pepitas or sunflower seeds, for best results mill the seeds in a thermomix)
 1/4 tsp Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 3 tbsp organic tahini paste
 1 tbsp Changing Habits Coconut Oil
 2 tbsp raw honey
 1/2 cup Sultanas (oil and preservative free)
 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
 2 tsp Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
 fresh ginger to taste
 2 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics
 Optional Add Ins: dried fruit, nutmeg, Changing Habits Cacao Melts

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until well combined and the mixture starts to come together.

Roll into balls and place in the fridge to set.
