Healthy Rice Bubble Slice

This is a great child-friendly party treat!

 1/2 cup Coconut oil
 1/4 cup Almond butter
 1/2 cup Puffed rice cereal

Line a small loaf pan with baking paper

Melt the cacao melts and coconut oil over a double boiler

Mix all ingredients except the rice cereal in a large bowl until

Fold the rice cereal through the mixture

Pour into prepared tin and freeze until solid (around 20 minutes)

Remove from freezer, slice and store in fridge
