Inner Glow Coconut and Strawberry Margarita

A refreshing and delicious combination of flavours and nutrients to boost vitality and help to provide long-lasting energy throughout the day. This is a mocktail, but feel free to add a little vodka!

Ingredients
 5 lge strawberries
 2 cups coconut water
 juice of 2 limes
 handful ice cubes (optional)
 Extra lime wedges (optional)
 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)
 **Optional 1-2 shots vodka
Directions

Place strawberries in a blender or food processor and blitz.

Push the strawberry mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds.

Combine strawberries and the rest of the ingredients back in a blender or food processor and blitz.

Pour between two glasses and add ice if needed. Garnish with extra limes and/or rosemary sprigs.

    Hi Tessa,
    Wondering if I could sub the “Inner Glow” for CH Gelatin? as I don’t have IG? & what measure if you thought it was a good swap.

      Hi Lisa, we don’t recommend replacing the Inner Glow for Gelatin in this particular recipe as the gelatin will make the liquid a little grainy and then may solidify! Unless you would like a jelly-like consistency, which in that case, go ahead!
      You can just omit the Inner Glow if you like. Or add probiotics and minerals if you have these.
