A delicious, quick and easy salad packed full of beautiful Omega 3 fatty acids. You should focus on consuming omega-3 rich foods daily as the health benefits are numerous. Omega-3 fats come in three main forms: DHA, EPA, and ALA. ALA is found in certain nuts, seeds, and pastured animal foods like grass-fed meats and dairy.
