Macadamia Nut Butter + Apple and Cinnamon

A lot of people struggle finding healthy snacks. Here is a quick, easy and delicious snack that is great for the whole family.

 2 cups macadamias (raw if you are okay with raw, or soaked and dehydrated)
 4 tbsp coconut oil
This can be sweet or savoury…
 Sweet (like the photo): Add 1 tsp Changing Habits Cinnamon, 1 tsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugarand 2 tsp homemade vanilla essence
 Savoury: Add 1/2 a teaspoon Changing Habits Seaweed Salt, or more to taste.

Simply blend all the ingredients in a good blender until completely smooth.

If it is too runny, add some more macadamia nuts, if it's too thick, add some more coconut oil.

Serve with sliced apple and extra cinnamon sprinkled on top (like the photo). You can also serve this on homemade pancakes, eat it off the spoon, on homemade bread or on CADA.
