A healthy snack that truly satisfies, these Peanut Butter Balls are great for any mid-afternoon slumps!

 3/4 cup Peanut butter
 2 tsp Vanilla essence
 1/2 cup Coconut flour
 1/4 cup Maple syrup

Add all ingredients to a food processor or Thermomix and blend well.

Roll some of the mixture into a small ball. If it crumbles, return to the processor and add more maple syrup and blend. When it is ready it should roll easily into individual balls.

Place in the freezer to set and then store in the refrigerator.
