Summer is on its way. So that means plenty of healthy ice-cream right? We swear its healthy and super easy to whip this 3 ingredient ice-cream up in your kitchen in under 3 minutes.
Add the bananas and berries to your thermomix bowl and blitz together on Speed 5/6 for 30 seconds.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
Add the probiotics and honey to taste and blitz the mixture again on Speed 5/6 for another 30 seconds or until smooth, creamy and evenly combined.
Spoon the mixture into bowls and enjoy! Easy peasy!
