Chia Pudding Ingredients
2 cups of coconut milk, yoghurt or cream or Kultured Wellness cultured coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup Changing Habits Chia Seeds
2 cups of coconut cream or Kultured Wellness cultured coconut yoghurt
1/2 - 1 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
6-8 Changing Habits Cacao Melts, chopped
1Add all chia seed ingredients to a blender and blitz until evenly combined.
2Pour into a glass dish and sprinkle the extra handful of blueberries on top.
3Place in the fridge to set.
4Now add all topping ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. \
5Note you can also add 1 1/2 - 2 tsp of Changing Habits Gelatin to the mixture (you need to mix in a couple Tbsp of cold water, set aside to bloom the melt on medium to low heat in a small sauce pan to dissolve it then add to the mixture. This makes it set slightly and also adds all the wonderful benefits of gelatin too
6Pour the mango turmeric mixture over the chia pudding and top with the garnish ingredients.
7Place in the fridge to set.
8Once ready, serve and enjoy!
