Avocado and Chocolate Mousse

This tastes unexpectedly divine, and no one will know that there is a beautiful avocado in it nourishing them with Vitamin E and antioxidants. They are known as the best 'anti-aging' food.

 1 avocado
 1 small banana
 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
 A small pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 2 Tbsp Homemade Maleo, maple syrup or honey (add more if needed)

Grind cacao melts in a blender until it forms a powder.

Add the remaining ingredients until completely smooth.

Place in the fridge or freezer to set, and then enjoy on its own, on other desserts, with fresh fruit or on homemade pancakes. You can even mix it through homemade kefir or homemade yoghurt
