4 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

This is a simple, gluten-free and dairy-free pancake recipe perfect for lazy Sunday mornings!

Yields4 Servings
 3 large bananas
 6 eggs
 1/3 cups coconut flour

Blend all with thermomix or food processor.

Heat frypan over medium heat and add coconut oil.

Spoon mixture into the pan and flip after 3 - 5 minutes.

Cook until golden brown and serve with fresh fruit.

    Unfortunately these pancakes were not a success for me :-(.
    They were breaking up and were very hard to flip, don’t make the pancakes too big, more pikelet size. Also, next time I would make sure my bananas are really sweet.
