 2 cups frozen mango chunks
 2 cups pineapple chunks
 1 knob ginger peeled
 1.5 cups coconut water
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 3/4 cup coconut yoghurt

Add all ingredients in a blender or thermomix and blitz until smooth.
