Cacao bark is so quick and easy to whip up, you can easily take this to dinner parties, have as an afternoon snack or for dessert. There are so many different variations you can make, it all depends on your creativity, taste buds and whatever you have handy in your pantry.
Place cacao melts in a double boiler over medium heat and stir until melted.
Add coconut oil, salt and sweetener of choice. Mix together until combined and smooth.
Spread into a lined baking dish (I use baking paper) so mixture is about 1.5cm thick.
Sprinkle your chosen ingredients over the top, make sure they are stuck to the chocolate.
Pop it into the fridge and allow it to set.
Once the Cacao bark is set break it into pieces and ENJOY!
Add a drop of peppermint or orange oil to add some zing
Sprinkle chilli powder over the top before setting - Chilli Chocolate is amazing!!
Add fresh mint leaves and sprinkle on top.
Mix through organic vanilla beans (1-2) scraped
