Chicken Salted Carrot Chips

We decided to create our own healthy chicken salt using the latest food product at Changing Habits, our dehydrated broth + our Turmeric which boasts some incredible anti-inflammatory properties. You can use this 'Chicken Salt' on other roasted chips such as; potato, sweet potato, beetroot etc. as well as on roasted or slow cooked meats, on top of salads or boiled or scrambled eggs.

 3 carrots, sliced into ‘chip’ strips
 coconut oil for cooking
Chicken Salt Ingredients
 1 tsp garlic powder
 A good pinch of Changing Habits Pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place some baking paper on top of a baking tray.

Mix the chicken salt ingredients together in a small bowl.

Place the raw carrot chips onto the baking tray and drizzle with some of the coconut oil.

Now sprinkle the salt on top of the oiled carrot chips.

Place in the oven and roast until golden.

Remove from the oven when ready and serve as is or with homemade mayo, aioli, pesto, beetroot hummus, guacamole or whatever you desire.
