Chicken wings are a cost-effective snack or starter, perfect for families or large gatherings as they are easy to whip up and so tasty!
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
Split the chicken wings into two portions in two separate bowls.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the honey, tamari or coconut aminos and salt and pepper to the first bowl. Mix well, massaging the ingredients into the chicken wings.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the vegetable stock powder and salt and pepper into the second bowl and massage ingredients into the chicken wings.
Heat two pans over a medium heat and fry the chicken wings for approximately 5 minutes, until they begin to brown on both sides.
Add the chicken wings to lined baking trays and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
While the wings are baking, combine the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Transfer into a small serving dish.
Serve while still warm on a platter around the dipping sauce.
