Who knew chocolate for breakfast could be so healthy?

 1 1/2 cups milk of your choice (we love coconut).
 5 Changing Habits Dates, chopped.

Warm milk & cacao melts in a small saucepan over medium heat until melts have melted.

Remove from heat & slowly add all of the remaining ingredients.

Spoon into a bowl & leave for 10 minutes or overnight in the fridge.

Top with seasonal fruit & enjoy!

    I’ve made this and its yum!
    I don’t know about breakfast but I’d be more than happy to have this as a snack or dessert.
    Make sure you break up the dates before you add them so that they distribute evenly.
    I found that it’s pretty filling so I’m going for 6 serves next time.
    Well worth it 🙂
