Snacking on these chocolate coated coffee beans is the perfect way to combat those chocolate cravings while also providing a quick and convenient little pick-me-up!

 1 tbsp coconut oil

Heat a pot over a low heat.

Add the coconut oil and cacao chips.

Stir continuously until the cacao chips have completely melted. Set aside.

Line a tray with baking paper.

Transfer the coffee beans into the cacao mixture and mix well.

Using a fork, pick up one coffee bean at a time from the mix, allowing excess chocolate to drip back into the pot, and place on the baking paper.

Place in the refrigerator for 30+ minutes to set.

Once they have set, transfer into an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator.
