You can smooth this over a cake or muffins, have in the fridge to add to desserts or even have it off the spoon. It is absolutely divine!

Yields1 Serving

 1/2 a large Organic avocado
 1/2 cup of Changing Habits Dates (soaked in warm water until soft)
 1/4 cup of Changing Habits Coconut Oil, melted
 1/4 cup Changing Habits Cacao Melts
 Optional flavours: Homemade Vanilla Essence, Changing Habits Cinnamon, ginger, banana or whatever you please.

Melt the cacao melts in a small saucepan on very low heat with coconut oil.

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor plus any additional ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy and there are no chunks.
