Chocolate Hearts for Easter

These chocolates are a quick and easy healthier chocolate alternative this Easter. Or you can just eat them all yourself 🙂

 1/3 (heaped) cup Changing Habits Cacao Melts
 3 tbsp coconut oil
 Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar or Raw honey to taste
 Optional Add Ins; Peppermint or orange essential oil (food grade), coconut flakes, dried berries or Changing Habits Dates, chopped, vanilla powder or orange zest.

Add the cacao melts and coconut oil to a small saucepan and melt on low heat, stirring to combine.

Once melted remove from the heat.

Stir through the salt, and sweetener of choice (if you choose to add an essential oil then mix it in here) and pour into chocolate molds.

Sprinkle chosen ingredients on top. We used vanilla powder and coconut flakes.

Place in the freezer until set.

When ready, pop the chocolate out of the molds and enjoy!
