This recipe is so quick, so easy and so tasty... No excuses for you to reach for plastic and not so fantastic chocolate.
Place all ingredients into your blender, making sure that the coconut oil is melted, and blend until smooth or still slightly chunky if you like. If the coconut oil is hard, simply place it in a bowl of hot water until it is liquid.
Once the ingredients are to your preferred consistency, taste the batch and see if you require it a little more sweet syrup, if so, add some more of your sweetener.
Using a spoon, scoop out the ingredients and place them into little cups on a tray, and then place them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, or until they are hard. Enjoy!

Just made these for my chocoholic husband! What a hit! This small batch made quite a lot too.
I needed to add a little more sweetener (still retaining the delightful bitterness though).
I didn’t have enough macadamia in my pantry so I added activated brazils, almonds and hazelnuts.
Yum!
What a great idea Diane! Yes the sweetener may have to be adjusted to your individual taste as some people like it sweeter and others like it a little less sweet. Those substitutions sounds divine!
