These cucumber wraps are the perfect light snack or starter for these warmer months of the year!

Ingredients
Salmon rolls
 1 cucumber peeled length-ways into ribbons
 100 g smoked salmon
 1/3 cup cottage cheese
 1 tbsp dill chopped
 cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 2 tbsp capers
 1/2 avocado sliced
 sml handul rocket
Tuna rolls
 1 cucumber peeled length-ways into ribbons
 2 tins of tuna in Springwater (liquid removed)
 cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 1/2 avocado sliced
 sml handful rocket

Lie the cucumber ribbons on a clean bench or chopping board, overlapping, pat dry with paper towel.

Lay the smoked salmon across the bottom of the cucumber ribbons lengthways.

In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Spoon the cottage cheese mixture across the smoked salmon.

Sprinkle the capers across the cottage cheese mixture.

Place the avocado and rocket across the top of the cottage cheese mixture.

Tightly wrap the filling with the cucumber ribbons length ways. Cut into small pieces (like pictured).
