Fruit and Nut Chocolate Bark

Once you realise how easy this chocolate bark is to whip up, it will no doubt quickly become a regular treat! Being full of beautiful ingredients, this chocolate bark is the ultimate guilt-free snack!

Ingredients
 1/3 cup hazelnut kernels
 1/3 cup coconut flakes (or shredded coconut)
 2 tbsp goji berries
 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions

Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius.

Lay the Hazelnuts and Coconut flakes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake for 10 minutes until they begin to brown. Remove and cool.

Chop the dates into small pieces. Roughly chop the roasted Hazelnuts.

Combine the dates, hazelnuts, goji berries and coconut and mix well. Transfer into a loaf tin lined with baking paper and spread evenly across the base.

Heat a pot over a low heat. Add the coconut oil and cacao buttons and stir continuously until they have completely melted. sprinkle a little salt and mix through.

Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the fruit and nuts in the loaf tin, making sure to fill all of the gaps.

Place in the freezer for 30+ minutes to set.

Once set, either break or cut into pieces and enjoy! Store in the freezer.
