Golden Cauliflower Mash

If you're avoiding potatoes but still missing a creamy mash, then you need to try our tasty and super creamy golden cauliflower mash. It also contains anti-inflammatory properties from the turmeric and some gut healing healing properties from the added broth. Delicious and nutritious!

 1 large cauliflower head, chopped into its florets
 1/2 tsp cracked Changing Habits Pepper
 1 tbsp ghee or butter
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 1 tsp garlic powder

Add the cauliflower to a saucepan/ steamer and steam it until cooked.

Add all ingredients to a thermomix or food processor and blend until smooth, creamy and completely lump free.

Taste the mixture and adjust if needed.

Pour/ scrape into a dish and serve.

We love this mash served with homemade slow cooked lamb shanks.

      Hi there! Only new to all this!
      Finding some of these recipes will be great when hitting phase 4, but will take me forever to find them again!
      Is there any easier way of finding them.. maybe by sections..eg: soups, main, deserts..etc??
