Honey & Cinnamon Chicken Wings With Roasted Vegetables

A satisfying dinner with wonderfully warming hints of honey and cinnamon. A great way to twist up your usual roast chicken and vegges.

Yields4 Servings
Chicken
 1 kg chicken wings
 3/4 cup honey
 3/4 cup coconut oil
Roasted vegetables
 1 small pumpkin
 4 potatoes
 4 carrots
 2 tbsp seeded mustard
 3 tbsp coconut oil
 3 tbsp maple syrup

Make a paste with the honey, cinnamon and coconut oil and add it into a bowl with chicken and let marinate over night or for a few hours, stirring occasionally.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Chop the vegetables and place in a bowl and stir through the seeded mustard, coconut oil and maple syrup.

Place the chicken and vegetables in the oven and cook for 45-60 minutes until crisp.
