Homemade Nutella

A healthy version of Nutella that the whole family will love. Great as cake icing, smothered on pancakes, blended with milk to create a delicious milkshake - or just by the spoonful!

 100 g blanched hazelnuts
 1/2 cup filtered water
 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Blitz the hazelnuts in a food processor until smooth.

Place 1/4 cup of water in a pan with the rapadura sugar and bring to a boil. Remove when the sugar has dissolved. Let cool.

Add the sugar and water into the processor with the hazelnuts, cacao powder, salt and coconut oil. Blitz until completely smooth while gradually adding more of the water until you reach the desired consistency (this may take around 10 minutes).

      HI Sarah, our recipes are available for everyone even non-members. What internet browser are you currently using? Could you try switching browsers and see whether that works? I have tested it on Edge and Firefox and they both seem to be working OK.
