Inca Inchi Oil Vinaigrette

Jazz up your salads by making this easy to make dressing. It's quick and nutritious using the inca inchi oil - obtain those vital omega oils while enjoying a beautiful salad!

 4 Tbsp vinegar (apple cider, white wine, red wine, coconut, not balsamic for the basic)
 black pepper to taste (I prefer fresh-ground)
 Optional Add Ins: 1 clove garlic, chilli, fresh herbs and spices
 Equipment Needed
 Glass Jar
 Funnel (if necessary)
 Additional herbs and seasoning (optional)

Place funnel in glass jar (if needed) and add salt & pepper to the funnel.

Pour in vinegar and inca inchi oil, remove funnel.

If adding additional ingredients, ad them to the bottle now.

Place the lid on and shake all ingredients together.

Can use straight away, or allow to sit to help infuse the herbs and seasoning.

Store in dark cupboard or your refrigerator.

Shake again before using.
