Jazz up your salads by making this easy to make dressing. It's quick and nutritious using the inca inchi oil - obtain those vital omega oils while enjoying a beautiful salad!


6 Tbsp Changing Habits Inca Inchi Oil

4 Tbsp vinegar (apple cider, white wine, red wine, coconut, not balsamic for the basic)

1/8 tsp Changing Habits Seaweed Salt

black pepper to taste (I prefer fresh-ground)

Optional Add Ins: 1 clove garlic, chilli, fresh herbs and spices

Equipment Needed

Glass Jar

Funnel (if necessary)

Additional herbs and seasoning (optional)


1Place funnel in glass jar (if needed) and add salt & pepper to the funnel.

2Pour in vinegar and inca inchi oil, remove funnel.

3If adding additional ingredients, ad them to the bottle now.

4Place the lid on and shake all ingredients together.

5Can use straight away, or allow to sit to help infuse the herbs and seasoning.

6Store in dark cupboard or your refrigerator.

7Shake again before using.
