Refreshing and healthy home-made lemonade

 1/2 cup Boiling filtered water
 2 1/2 cups Filtered water
 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from Meyer lemons if possible)
 Fresh mint to decorate

Dissolve sugar in boiling water and cool.

Stir together sugar syrup, water and lemon juice.

Pour over ice cubes and serve with a sprig of mint
