A great savoury snack or breakfast. Happy changing habits.

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner
 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
 1 1/4 cups Almond Flour
 1/4 cup Ground chia seeds
 5 Eggs
 2 Tbsp coconut oil
 1 Tbsp Coconut Vinegar (or apple cider)
 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
 1 Tbsp Changing Habits Maleo or maple syrup
 1/2 cup Roughly Chopped Almonds
 1/2 cup Sultanas
 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds (to sprinkle on top)
 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Preheat oven to 170C. Grease and line a tin.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Mix wet ingredients.

Combine together thoroughly. Leave the sultanas and almonds till last and stir in.

Cook for 30 minutes or until golden.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Serve warm, toasted, smeared with butter, homemade jam, nut or seed butters, coconut butter or enjoy plain.
