These light and fluffy Pizza Scrolls make the perfect snack! Easy to make and ready to eat in 30 minutes, straight out of the oven.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Fry the bacon on a medium heat. Set aside to cool.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and Greek yoghurt. Mix well.
Sprinkle a little of the flour onto a flat surface and knead the mixture.
Using a rolling pin, roll the mixture into a long rectangle approximately 12cm x 30cm.
Spoon the tomato paste evenly onto the dough, leaving a slight gap at the ends.
Top with the onion, bacon and tomato, leaving a slight gap at the ends. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll the mixture up from the narrow end.
Cut into 6 and place on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the dough starts to become golden and the cheese is nicely melted.
