Want an easy and yummy way to sneak more of our Changing Habits Probiotics into you and your kid's diet? Then this recipe is a must to try. Serve yoghurt with muesli, fresh seasonal fruits, and wherever you can use yoghurt.

Yields1 ServingPrep Time5 minsDifficultyBeginner
Ingredients
2 400 ml cans of coconut cream (we used the Ayam brand)
Directions
1

Add all of the ingredients into a large glass jar and stir to combine.

2

Close the lid and place the jar onto a shelf in your pantry.

Fermenting time - This depends on how hot or cool the weather is. If the weather is very warm, then this will ferment within 24 hours.
If the weather is cool, then the process can take 3-5 days. You can speed up the process by placing in a warm area.

You will know when it is fermented, as you can taste that the sugars have been reduced as it will leave a slight, tart taste.

The yoghurt can sometimes separate throughout the fermenting process, but once it is done just mix it together or even place in a food processor with extra Rapadura sugar, dates and cacao to create a chocolate yoghurt that the kids will love!

3

Recommended 1 cup per serving. Or if you haven't had ferments before, start with a couple of tablespoons and gradually increase to a normal serving of yoghurt.
