Probiotic Berry Panna Cotta

Ingredients
 1/4 cup filtered water
 1 cup mixed berries (save some for garnish)
 3 tbsp raw honey

Add the water and gelatin to a small bowl and combine and allow the mixture to bloom and gel.

Transfer the gelatin and water mixture into a small saucepan and heat on low to medium heat to dissolve, stir through to combine.

Add all ingredients to a good quality blender or thermomix and blitz until smooth, creamy and lump free.

Pour into a glasses or bowls and place in the fridge to set.

Once set scoop into bowl and top with additional raspberries, berries, chopped mango, papaya, passionfruit or whatever you desire.
