Mycotoxins are the metabolites of mould; toxic metabolites can cause jitters, increased heart rate, anxiety and panic attacks, and for some even immune suppression and neurological symptoms! While roasting beans will kill the living mould cells and greatly reduce the mycotoxins, significant amounts can remain behind.

Our Clean Organic Coffee Beans have been lab-tested to ensure they are Mycotoxin-Free, meaning each grain of coffee that goes into our pods is free from mould and mycotoxins!

Our premium blend is influenced by the PNG and Columbian regions where they are farmed, leaving notes of heavy chocolate and toffee for a balanced flavour in every sip.  Full-bodied black or rich with milk, no matter how you start your day, our specialty-grade blend packs a bold bunch.
