Simple Mango Sorbet

A simple, refreshing sorbet recipe made from just three ingredients but packed full of flavour!

Ingredients
 1 cup filtered water
 2 mangoes, peeled and deseeded

Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat to cool.

Once the liquid has cooled, transfer into a food processor or Thermomix with the mango and blitz until smooth. Transfer liquid into a container and chill in the fridge for approximately two hours.

Transfer the liquid into a ice cream machine and churn until the mixture has thickened (this should take approximately 30 minutes depending on your machine).

Transfer into an airtight container and store in the freezer. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

**If you don't have an ice cream machine, simply place the mixture in an airtight container, stirring every 20 minutes until the mixture is thick and ready to serve.
