Slow Cooked Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken Tikka Masala, made with a delicious combination of Changing Habits dried herbs and spices. Swap rice for cauliflower puree or cauliflower rice to really soak up those flavours!

Ingredients
 1 tbsp olive oil
 3 cloves garlic sliced
 1 brown onion diced
 3 chicken breast
 400ml tomato puree
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 400ml can coconut milk
 cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Chilli Powder (optional)
 2 potatoes cut into small cubes
 1 bayleaf
To serve
 4 cups rice, cauliflower rice or cauliflower puree
 handful fresh coriander leaves
 4 lime wedges
 4 tbsp greek yoghurt
Directions

Oven a medium/high heat, add the olive oil to a frypan.

Add the garlic and onion and cook until soft and fragrant.

Cut each chicken breast in half and transfer to the frypan to cook for 1-2 minutes on eat side. Remove and transfer into a slow cooker.

Add the rest of the ingredients (apart from the potato) into a large jug and stir well. Pour into the slow cooker.

Add the potato.

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Serve with your choice of rice, cauliflower rice or cauliflower puree and coriander, lime wedges and plain yoghurt.

    I am currently on the FLP phase 2 and have an account with you. Does that make me a member? What do I need to do in order to access the Recipes on your website? When I try to open any recipe I’m advised that its only available to members. What do I need to do to become a member? As opposed to a VIP member. Please advise as I’m on day 8 and running out of ideas for staying on track.
