This spaghetti sauce is such a beautiful meal and is so easy to make.

Yields1 Serving

 3 carrots, grated or diced
 3 zucchinis, grated or diced
 2 onions, diced
 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
 2 tins Organic tomatoes
 150-200g Organic tomato paste
 1 tsp Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 1 cup Organic Red Wine
 1 L Homemade Bone Broth
 1 stick of rosemary
 A handful of fresh oregano and thyme
 500g Organic beef mince
 1/4 cup Changing Habits Coconut Oil, ghee or butter
 1-2 Tbsp Changing Habits Dulse Flakes

Add the carrot, onion and oil or butter to a large sauce pan and fry on medium heat until golden.

Add the meat to the carrots and onions and brown until golden.

Add all other ingredients to the saucepan and simmer on low-medium heat until the liquid has reduced (to your liking) and you have a beautiful rich spaghetti sauce.

Serve with homemade pasta, rice, quinoa, buckwheat, cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles or mung bean pasta.
