Speedy Choc, Ginger and Cinnamon Slice

A super speedy, super easy, super tasty slice, packed with goodness.

Yields10 Servings
 1 cup shredded coconut shredded
 2 tsp vanilla essence

Place all ingredients into your blender, and blend until well combined.

If too crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

Line a small tray or container with baking paper, and press the mix in using the back of a spoon until flat and even.

Place in your freezer, and once it is firm, slice and enjoy!
