Strawberry and Almond Chocolate Log

This recipe is so quick and simple to make it will become a favourite in your household!

 1/2 cup coconut cream
 2-3 Tbsp coconut oil
 4-5 large Organic strawberries (or seasonal fruit of your choice, chopped)
 1/4 cup roasted or activated almonds, chopped
 Sweetener to taste - Homemade Maleo, pure maple syrup or raw honey

Melt the cacao melts and coconut oil in a small saucepan over very low heat.

Once melted, removed from the heat and mix in the sweetener, salt and coconut cream.

Pour the choc mixture into a small container.

Poke the strawberries, almonds and dates into the chocolate.

Place in the fridge until set.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
