Ingredients
 3 tbsp water
 1 cup your choice of milk (we used coconut milk)
 cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 1 tsp honey
Directions

"Bloom" the Gelatin, by stirring the Gelatin and water in a cup. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Heat the milk in a pot or a milk frother. Stir in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, pepper and honey.

Pour the liquid into the cup with the bloomed Gelatin and mix well.

Enjoy!

**Pepper is optional, but highly recommended as it helps the absorption of the Curcumin in the turmeric and amplifies the health benefits!
