"Bloom" the Gelatin, by stirring the Gelatin and water in a cup. Set aside for 5 minutes.Â
Heat the milk in a pot or a milk frother. Stir in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, pepper and honey.Â
Pour the liquid into the cup with the bloomed Gelatin and mix well.Â

I have contacted you a number of times regarding an issue that I am having with my account.
I am now able to log in but the site will not allow me to access my membership, which is the Healthy KetoWay
Staff has acknowledged I am a member, even though I purchased the program some time ago, I am flying blind with my program and just the book at the moment about to enter my 3rd week, and I would really like access to the whole program so I do not go off the edge.
Will someone please reach out with an answer for me and hopefully access to the membership section so I can continue with the protocol.
