Making your own homemade nut milks is so much more cost effective, sustainable and nourishing as it doesn't contain any dubious ingredients that can be harmful to your health.

When you have your milk ready, pour into glass jars and place in the fridge.

Tips

Use within 3-4 days, or freeze into ice-cub trays then place into a container or zip lock bag and grab out when needed. Add the frozen cubes to smoothies, iced-chai, chocolate or coffee.

5

Add the fresh nut milk to smoothies, make panna cotta’s, have with homemade muesli, add to baked goods like cakes, pancakes and slices or simply enjoy cold with some ice.

6

After straining the milk, don't throw away the pulp, utilise it in your raw real food goodies such as; bliss balls, slices, cheesecakes, smoothies and even add to cakes or pancakes.
