My family love these but now we are doing the wheat free challenge. What can I replace the oats with as GF Oats are very expensive? I have found GF puff pastry and GF bread crumbs.

      Hi Kathleen,
A GF alternative will really depend on the particular recipe you are trying to make.
Here is a blog that can offer you some insight into a few GF flours you can choose from: https://whatswithwheat.com/9-gluten-free-flour-alternatives/
If you are trying to make something like a GF pastry I would recommend finding and following a recipe and playing around with it to see if you and your family like it.

Hello, I’m wondering if these can made in advance and kept in the fridge before cooking? And if so, for how many days? Thank you.

Hi Sarah, sorry I’m not entirely sure as we’ve only ever made them and then cooked straight away.
